The person I spoke to took some time to describe the sort of warning signs I might see and said that although they are happy to take a look at it, if I don't have any warning lights on the dashboard they are unlikely to find any problems. I really appreciated this up front and honest advice - they could have just booked me in for a diagnostic and I would have paid it. Great first impression.

I thought I would try VAG Manchester for an MOT and service. When booking in the work I informed them that new tyres would … More be needed. On the day of the work I again stated that new tyres would be required. VAG Manchester completed the MOT and service and only then told me that they are not able to fit new tyres. What a waste of time. I needed to take my car to another garage to have the work completed. VAG Manchester's prices weren't the cheapest, but I was hopeful they would deliver excellent service; unfortunately the service provided was very poor.
