Can't attest to their work but I phoned up to enquire about getting a second opinion regarding my mechanic's assessment … More of the state of the turbo on my car. The person I spoke to took some time to describe the sort of warning signs I might see and said that although they are happy to take a look at it, if I don't have any warning lights on the dashboard they are unlikely to find any problems. I really appreciated this up front and honest advice - they could have just booked me in for a diagnostic and I would have paid it. Great first impression. -
I thought I would try VAG Manchester for an MOT and service. When booking in the work I informed them that new tyres would … More be needed. On the day of the work I again stated that new tyres would be required. VAG Manchester completed the MOT and service and only then told me that they are not able to fit new tyres. What a waste of time. I needed to take my car to another garage to have the work completed. VAG Manchester's prices weren't the cheapest, but I was hopeful they would deliver excellent service; unfortunately the service provided was very poor.

Quality looking professional workshop, … More tidy and modern. Staff friendly and helpful and let you know what's happening and when car is actually ready which a lot of garages fail to do until you have to ring them.
Staff are spot on and shout out to Rick who explained everything and sorted me out quickly as I needed the car for holiday next week, faultless service and will be happily booking in for services and mot going forward, thanks guys, appreciated 🙂
Edit 17/02/26 had an issue with my suspension, got car there and was diagnosed expertly and quickly and as I needed for a long trip, turned round really fast and as always with total professionalism, anyone dubious about taking their car just do it, quality garage quality staff and fantastic service, an absolute pleasure, big shout to Rick for helping me out and all the staff for their work, appreciated guys 🙂
